Caitlin joined Dubbo Mortgage Brokers in 2023. She's the person who keeps your application moving — following up documents, chasing the lender and making sure nothing sits in a queue for a week without anyone noticing.

She bought her own first home in Wagga Wagga with her partner and their daughter, which means when a first home buyer tells her the process feels overwhelming, she isn't guessing.

Caitlin works with clients by phone, email and video. Our systems are fully digital, so wherever you are, your file is handled the same way. You may not meet her in person, but you'll hear from her often — the communication and follow-up clients most consistently praise in their reviews is largely her work.
