About Emma

Emma joined Dubbo Mortgage Brokers in 2026 after more than a decade supporting senior leadership across banking and telecommunications, including Westpac, Commonwealth Bank and Optus. Her background is in keeping complicated things on schedule — tracking deadlines, coordinating between parties and making sure nothing falls through a gap.

She also knows this industry from the other side of the desk, having spent three years as a mortgage broker and client relationship manager guiding clients through application, approval and settlement. She completed her Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking & Finance in 2025. It means that when she calls about a missing payslip, she knows exactly why the lender wants it and what happens if it doesn't arrive.

Most of Emma's work happens in the background: preparing your file, following up documents, chasing the lender for progress and keeping you updated so you're not left wondering.

• Diploma of Management & Leadership (2020)

• Ten years supporting senior leadership at Westpac, Commonwealth Bank and Optus

• Three years as a mortgage broker and client relationship manager

• Experience leading and mentoring a support team of ten

Outside work, Emma's time belongs to her husband and their two children. She's a keen NRL follower and a devoted Penrith Panthers supporter.
